As a counsellor Bronwyn is interested in seeing people live lives they feel proud of, and learn how to better know, trust themselves and be true to themselves.

To do this she trained in the work of Dr Brene Brown and her research on auntenticity, vulnerability and shame reslilience.

She offers workshops that help people gain control of unhelpful life patterns and learn how to stop worrying about what others think, feeling more confident in who they are and what they have to offer.

She has experienced what it's like to think you don't measure up or have enough to offer, or spend your time constantly comparing yourself to others. She's thrilled to be able to offer the tools and skills she has learnt along the way that helped her step away from feeling powerless and into a life she feels proud of.

Contact her by email or find out more on her website (above).
